Nice property above a cute pub close to Angel tube. Great option for a winter or spring stay.

Great location and pub. The pub distills its own Gin! The room was clean and fairly large. We had a very nice stay. The only complaint that I would make is that it was a very hot couple of days in London and the room had no AC.

My only complaint was in room 2 the sign for the pub is illuminated with a bright white bulb. That happens to be directly outside the window. The blinds unfortunately do not go fully to the edges of the window so both nights resulted in a large amount of light getting into the room. Other than this is was a lovely stay with great staff.

I was in town for a conference and loved the quiet neighborhood yet the proximity to the action. Both walkable and well connected transportation wise. Super clean and comfortable! Would stay again.

My husband & I stayed overnight in a ‘cosy double room’ Limited space with one side of the bed against a wall but well appointed otherwise with a stand alone fan or heater if we needed it. The Nespresso coffee pod machine was a nice touch. Lovely, new ensuite shower room with large over head shower. The bed was lovely & comfortable. 2 minor let downs - dust in the shade of the bedside lamp with a dead bulb. Also a lot of dust in the stand alone fan placed immediately adjacent to the bed.

There was no air conditioning at all and the room was more than 40 degrees and did not cool down significantly during the stay. The only air conditioning was an slightly open window and a bad fan. The room stayed unhealthily hot during my stay

Very clean room & bathroom in a great location, exactly what we needed for our night away

Staff are great, rooms are small but renovated nicely. Very good option and beautiful area.

Within a ten minute walk

No frills with good location above the pub. No lobby just have the bartenders of the pub to give keys, our room had no heat and we had to pester the bartender for quite some time to fix the issue and he ultimately just gave us a new room.
