Amazing property in a great location with a beautiful private beach. Away from the hustle but just a short ride into the historic district.

Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. Would highly recommend for a staycation as it's quieter, spacious and centrally located.

Enjoyed three relaxing nights at M Social. My ocean view room was great, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of delicious vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet. However, as a retired woman traveling alone, I found the resort on the quiet side, with all activities a Grab ride away. I'd recommend it for families, though: lots of happy kids in the pool.

I arrived in the evening and there were no clear signs about where guests should park. I chose to go into the garage. The ceiling is very low. There is also not a single sign to say that there is not an elevator. Your only options to get to the lobby are to climb steps or walk up the ramp of the garage, unsafely. Upon check in, I found out that I had to exit one building and walk around the pool area to get to the elevator of the second building just to get to my room. I ordered room service and the tray was sticky, so I went to pick up just the plate to take to the table and the linen was disgustingly stained. In addition, the only drinking water in the room was a pitcher of tap water that tasted horrible. This hotel is not designed well, not high-quality, has mediocre food, has no outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the sea view, and the manager admitted that several people have complained about the parking and lack of lobby access, yet nothing has been done about it, even a simple sign. In addition, the pool area had minimal seating, despite having a large unused section, and the hotel is surrounded by tall buildings. I would not stay here again. It was incredibly disappointing.

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

Overall stay is Comfortable

Breakfast was great but we saw hairs that don’t belong to us on the sink when we first go in…

La chambre est spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur l’eau. Nous avions pris la terrasse stylish et c’était exceptionnel! Tout était parfait!
