after a long day of traveling, and knowing I did not speak Danish, the staff was great and supported they understood. They communicated in English with me. They were very helpful in getting to my room and offering suggestions for locations to eat and things to do for the short time Inwas there.

Very little hot water pressure very very little hot water pressure on a handheld and a shower and a bathroom toilet sink. Elevator was very slow the staff at the restaurant and the food was very well prepared prices were higher than comparable places.

Great variety at breakfast, with plenty of food and drinks. Excellent desk clerks , very knowledgeable and great ideas where to visit.

Bed and bedding very comfortable. Pillows were so soft! Amenities were great. Elevators were slow. Staff were helpful. Overall the experience was great.

Good: The hotel is perfectly situated, very close to the central train station. The garden area is very cosy. Poor: The breakfast was not worth the money. Few electrical sockets in room. No air conditioning in room despite hotel advertising differently. There was a heat wave during my stay- the hotel could have supplied water bottles to room to make up for lack of fan.

Charming atmosphere. Very unique boutique hotel with cozy decor and furnishings. Comfortable room with good amenities.

Chic cool hotel well positioned in centre of Copenhagen.. room was small but perfect with all amenities.. would recommend

Clean room. Great location. Rustic appeal.

Staff was lovely, breakfasts were top notch, location near Central Station excellent if you're traveling about. Housekeeping was a little hit or miss. I would certainly stay here again. Oh yes, and the courtyard garden was a very nice spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine.

The room was very cute. We had enough space and a view of the courtyard. I liked that they had shampoo, conditioner, body oil and lotion. It would have been nice if the room had air conditioning as it was a warm week, but I'm sure that is not the regular weather. Great location to explore the city.
