Booked a room with two beds and when I arrived was notified that they had oversold that type of room and that I was now on a king and a pull out couch. No attentiveness to their mistake, didn’t suggest any reparations or even apologize. Bathroom had no shower gel for 2 days.

Staff is warm and accommodating.Bar and lounge areas are well appointed. Traveling with my 78 y.o. mom and we felt utterly safe heren especially with perimeter security.💪 The breakfast and dinner at hotel surprised us. Pizza & salads were so fresh!! Pancakes were fun, shaped like ⚽ for world cup. Intentional design, plus name brand standards. There is a mural, visible from valet lot 😍. My favorite was the custom shelves by the ice machines plus bottle filler faucets. That's a designed experience. 👍 Would recommend.

Rooms were super spacious and clean, the breakfast was really good as well

This will be my 7th revision of my review. I have changed it multiple times per your rules and every time you send it back stating it needs to be revised but only shows the original review and non of the revisions. Too many games being played towards customers.

Our bathroom had a nasty (maybe mouse nest) smell that would waft in occasionally. Our next door neighbors were yelling and screaming, laughing, pounding, running in their room and the hallway from 1:00 AM til 3:00 AM. We called the front desk twice with no answer. The next morning, my husband asked that if our neighbors were staying another night, can we or they be moved. They said no and said we could always call the front desk if neighbors are being loud. He told her that we tried twice with no answer. She had no response for that. That was the end of it. Thankfully, the neighbors were a little better the next night. Other than these issues, things were as expected.

Ac wasn’t working

Check in procedure was very easy and staff was very friendly.

The front desk worker Roderick was so rude and made me wait 20 min, had a nasty attitude and so I asked for another front desk and then he wanted to try to help it was very embarrassing. The bed was itchy, they changed it which I appreciate but it was still itchy and it made my son break out on his arm, we were not able to sleep well bc of it so it was not the best. On top of that was charged $58 each night for the 3 days we stayed. So I will not be staying again.

Breakfast was amazing

The property was such a nice place. Breakfast amenities were pretty fantastic. The rooms were so clean and set up nicely. Plenty of room and simply an enjoyable stay. Very pleased and we will look to be staying at another property by Home2Suites in Dallas in the next couple of weeks.
