レンジと洗濯機が付いているのが非常に良かったです

Hôtel correct pour le prix et très bien placé. Avec une bonne rénovation ce serait top. Petit déjeuner médiocre

I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though.

Bon hotel bien placè en ville. Standing.

The hotel building is quite old. The room is so roomy and clean. But much smoking smell.

The family room has two storeys. The double bed was on second floor making it difficult for elderly to climb up the stair. As the stairs has no lights on it, it is dangerous for them to go to the toilet during night time. Very spacious, however the toilet seems to have unpleasant odour.

Location is perfect. Behind the hotel(left at parking lot), there is a street with lots of shops for local people. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean and spacious. AC is strong. Furniture is solid; kind of old, but not cheap. Front desk is very nice. Highly recommended.

The location was great for sight seeing and walking in Hangzhou.

The hotel is quite a way from the nearest subway station, and I couldn't find any bus to the hotel. Also, there seems to be some street market in front of the hotel at night!

Hotel is quite a distance from the longxiangqiao subway, about 10 to 15 mins walk. It's actually a condo with a small kitchenette and quite spacious. About 15 to 20 mins walk to west lake. Quite convenient. There are eateries and convenience stores nearby.
