Front desk staff were very friendly and professional!!!

was a lovely hotel to stay in for a nice city break in milan also close to a lot of restaurants also easy to access the trams. The rooms were clean and the staff are very friendly. The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast, the food they had was nice but they didn’t not have much choice.

We stayed at the palazzo for our trip this summer and it was great! Would definitely book again, great value for the price and was very clean with great AC!

Room was great, clean, comfortable and air conditioner was amazing in the extreme heat. Well managed property. No lounge or business center.

Close to everything with cable car access very easy - AC was good and cold

Clean rooms; good bed; good pillows; helpful staff. Generally of a high standard. The main let down was breakfast - for EUR 25 a pretty minimal offering. Virtually no hot disheSkip breakfast and go elsewhere.

Top hotel with top staff!

Modern hotel with a quick check-in process and welcoming staff. However, the location is not close to Milan’s city center or main historical attractions. Our initial room had a musty odor, and the shower drain was clogged. Maintenance came to inspect it and assured us the issue was fixed, but after another shower, the drain remained clogged. We ultimately had to request a room change, which was inconvenient as we had already unpacked and had to repack all of our belongings before moving. To add to our disappointment, we were charged for the full breakfast buffet even though we only had coffee and a croissant. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, the room issues and unexpected breakfast charge negatively affected our overall experience.

We arrived and my husband was not feeling well so I asked front desk where I could get soup. Apparently soup is hard to come by in Milano 😂 so they offered to make him a soup, even though it was not on their menu. That was amazing! The young lady in the restaurant (Adele) as well as ALL of front desk personnel were so kind and attentive. Would absolutely go back.
