Only stayed for 1 night so I could enjoy my the day cruise trip I had booked and found it much easier then travelling from the mainland Haiphong early in the morning, Hotel location I found to be very good less then 30 seconds to the entrance and main strip so was much quieter at night but unfortunately bed was rock hard so sleeping was not the best, no soundproofing so woken up by other guests between 12-2am apart from that received warm welcome from reception breakfast also included for the price

Room was very good for the price. I only stayed one night but cool blue lights in room bed is thin and very firm ( which is fine for me). Greeting was exceptional.. I booked a night tour for the bio illuminescent plankton experience. It was the worst tour I’ve ever been on.I won’t get into too many details but extremely disorganized , disappointing and very unsafe boats and hygiene practices. Yikes.
