We have stayed here many times, normally in the Skylark section. This time in Sterling House. Looking forward to another London visit 😀

The frontdesk lady was fantastic, extremely helpful. The surrounding area is worth taking a second look at if you're planning to stay there, but the train station is very close as it is Heathrow Airport.

I believe it may have been just because I arrived late, but they gave my room to another person

The room was very basic but it was clean. The showers and toilets were shared and not en suite, but I knew that when I booked it! The staff, especially the receptionist were excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.

Not the room for a family, more for young single people, but the staff were excellent and the use of there next door hotel made the experience easier, the staff and the guests from that hotel made our stay a great one and England won , shame there wasn’t room for us in there other hotel, would definitely stay there, if we needed to

Great location to go watch The Women’s Rugby World Cup at Twickenham.

The back gardens are lovely. Just to note readers that Bath Road is under Heathrow flight path but I had no problems sleeping.

Dinning area quite nice and easy to use

Accommodation was unsatisfactory and rather unsavoury. Could not stay --left immediately after saw the room and asked for a refund. They refused the refund.

For over 100 a night you get a small single bed and a sink- oh and a very very small and noisy fan. Toilets and showers are shared. It’s really more of a hostel vibe.
