The staff were incredibly attentive and professional. The doorman, however, could be more proactive in assisting guests. I wasn’t expecting much from the breakfast, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The variety and quality were outstanding. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a spectacular stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again!

超讚 I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service at the front desk—especially Isabella. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. What truly stood out was how she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even anticipating needs before I had to ask.
Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly commend the management for having such a standout team member at the front desk.

Big clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Hotel is in a mall with many shops and dining options. What more can you ask for from a hotel when on vacation. Perfect!

Nice location and classic four seasons service. As a new hotel, some of the staff seems new to work, but I can see them trying their best to accommodate.
