We only stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel was lovely and modern. Very pretty room. It says online that they offer laundry, but it’s by item, not weight like most places we stayed at. Something to know if you were doing a refresh like us!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Location was very concurrent. The staff was extremely helpful and booked an airport car pick up service as well as car service for the following day. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The staff were so kind and helpful! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. Breakfast had many options to fit everyone's needs but the pho stood out as a must have.
The hot water heater had a small tank, but it wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Ha Noi
