超讚 The only complaint I had was that the washer/dryer took forever to dry my clothes which I get it because Japan is different from USA. Other than that, great stay. Would recommend.

• Conveniently located near the train station
Cons:
• No email confirmation sent with check-in instructions
• Phone support was friendly but gave incorrect passwords and unclear guidance, causing delays during check-in
• The space was very dirty and dusty
• Pillows were uncomfortable and need upgrading
• Sheets and mattresses need to be cleaner
• Not enough utensils provided for a family of 7

Beware staying at this property there is no staff on property. The room had a horrible sewer smell in the shower and bathroom. It stunk so bad that we could not use the bathroom or shower for two days. They came to clean the bathroom but It did not help. We are in process trying to obtain a refund. The staff does not speak any English and they have zero staff on property if there is any issue. Do not stay here unless you like dirty rooms and speak Japanese. The entire room smelled of sewer. Do not stay !

The property is ok. It does have a nice bathroom, washing machine, and air conditioner. The negatives are that is was pretty dusty in some places, like it hadn’t been fully cleaned, and the beds were pretty cheap, one of them being partially held together with a zip tie. Also the area is pretty rundown. A few blocks away it is much nicer. I would stay here again if I had to, but would much prefer other places a few blocks away.
