Quite and hot bath

Room is very clean, staff was great. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, hotel was challenging to get to if you don’t have a car… There weren’t a lot of taxis in the area, generally. Any information you read online about it being close to things, walkable, etc.… are in accurate. You really do need to take a taxi from the hotel to begin your day and again at the end of the day back to the hotel. It is not walkable (though many of the descriptions claim it is).

Hotel was great and had a large public bath. The bed was especially hard though, and they didnt have cups for the ice machine. A bit of a minus but overall, great stay. I found my time in Hida-Takayama enjoyable.

there are no shuttles from 10:30 to 3:30 and and also from 7:30 in the evening till 7:30 in the morning. This can really impact your stay.

The hotel is very outdated. The bed is very uncomfortable. The pillow is hard. The food is medium. The location is far from the city.you feel like in hospital not hotel.

Friendly staff. Quiet environment. We booked 3 double rooms which was rather small and we requested for upgrade upon arrival. However, it was not available but the staff was kind to check availability for our 2nd night. Our 2nd night stay was more comfortable with larger space room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Room is too tiny for two person, toilet like a cave, no space for baggage storage, facility is standard, canteen is too crowded and long queue waiting, car park inadequate.

Great stay

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel with nice view and very good services Fresh air with wonderful bedsheet Sleep well Surely will visit again Only the service in the restaurant need to be improve However only one of the female staff made me sick She didn’t ruined my trip I firgive her already ...., haha

This hotel is quite remote, it needs to take shuttle to city. The breakfast is fruitful and the staff is nice.
