Host's very helpful, breakfast excellent.Room very clean, bed spotless protectors on bed and pillows. A 2 minute walk to the seafront. Manager Dean is a helpful jolly man, nothing was to much trouble. 10/10. Already planning our return.

Very well presented guest house polite staff and the rooms are clean and tidy. Very close to the promenade. Would definitely book this guest house the next time we visit Blackpool

We stayed here for 3 nites was a quiet hotel and great value for money for the area . Staff at hotel were very friendly will defo return in summer

Dean lovely, room was clean, bit noisy and our TV Didnt work, Breakfast was not enough 1 sauasage, 1 egg, 1 bit of bacon, 1 small scoop of beans so could have been more for £7.50

Took nearly 30 minutes to arrive and let us in afrer 3 phone calls said be there in a few minutes, its just a good job the front door was open so at least we were.out of the cold, but that made us late for our show, plus we were told we had to pay by cash as he said the card machine wasnt working when it was lit up??? Room Was OK considering what we paid

Lovely host looked after me and the family. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice and we chilled out in the bar area and played pool.

Dated and could do with a freshen up however for the price you can’t expect the Ritz. Poorly stocked bar.

Room was small even though we had booked for a double room with king size bed. There was bad smell of smoke from cigarettes from late night to early morning and a lot of loud noises from the other rooms slamming door & music playing late night.

Thy had to move rooms tv wasnt working nd wen thy put me in other room i found mould nd damp in my bathroom
