Beautiful room and the attention to detail was incredible. Good price and great location. However, we feel that we were taken advantage of by the owner. It could have been a simple misunderstanding but he said our credit card didn't go through and demanded secondary payment and we ended up being charged twice. And then at dinner we were overcharged again when he said the side dish was included and it wasn't. He also dropped our dishes and instead of giving us maybe a complimentary glass of wine we got nothing. The food was great but we still left with a bad taste in our mouths.

The hotel was centrally located and the price was good. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decorations was beyond impressive. It was a beautiful hotel and our room was very nice. However, this hotel does not accept credit cards, only debit cards. And this was possibly a miscommunication but the dinner was a la carte thereby costing much more than expected. The restaurant is also beautiful The wine and food were good but the service needed improvement.

A great place to stay in the Old Town area. Very clean! Walkable to all the major sites. Very accommodating. The only drawback was the internet was a little bit slow.

The Lady from the personnel was very polite when she welcomed us. We suggest that the existing tiny ancient TV to be replaced with a slightly bigger size and installed on the correct wall. Hopefully, that will improve the hotel rating.

Comfiest sleep. Great service. Great people. Nice outdoor terrace in the room. Fantastic location. Everything you need in Plovdiv. I’ll return.

The location is good - in the old town. BUT it says it is a hotel but it's more like a well decorated private house. The staff is not friendly or polite. We had booked via Hotels.com a room with a balcony but I got a message that there is a problem and that we will be given another room and that I can cancel if I wish. However, on Hotels.com there was no free cancellation so I had to keep the booking. When we arrived we were given a room that is in the basement level, no real windows, quite dark. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed together and it's not comfortable. For 1 night it was ok but I would not recommend for longer stays.

Fabulous old mansion converted to antique luxury hotel, room 302 with spacious balcony with a view, edge of quaint Old Town. Owner helpful tho a grump. Gorgeous place tho only 2 of 7 accessible electrical outlets worked for charging. Highly recommended tho elevator only one floor of four.

The room was super spacious, the owner was friendly, the breakfast is good and the property is awsome.

Excellent location in the heart of the old city of Plovdiv. The building is new and very well maintained. The suite we stayed in was beautifully decorated and very clean. I was allowed to leave my car parked in front of the hotel. One downside is that the front door of the hotel gets locked at night, and the only option to get in, is to ring the bell and eventually to wake up the owner (it took like 10 minutes). The price of the breakfast is outrageous for the quantity and quality of it.
