台湾から旅行で宿泊しました。
とても快適な滞在でした。お部屋は広々としていて過ごしやすく、お風呂にもゆっくり浸かることができ、旅の疲れを癒やすことができました。
滞在中、同行者が急に体調を崩してしまったのですが、フロントのスタッフの方が病院への問い合わせやタクシーの手配まで、とても親切に対応してくださいました。海外旅行中で不安な状況だったため、本当に心強く、大変助かりました。
スタッフの皆様の温かい対応に心から感謝しています。お部屋の快適さだけでなく、サービスも本当に素晴らしく、このホテルを選んでよかったと思いました。
また日本を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ宿泊したいです。本当にありがとうございました。

A spacious villa for our family of 5 with 2 beds and a few tatami. There’s a small private osen outside the bathroom. A kettle and simple eating utensils are provided. Location is convenient in terms of access to convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Very happy with our stay!

Beautiful property, the host will wait for you to check-in even if you encounter delays on your journey up to Kawaguchiko. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. There are a few walkable Onsen nearby open late and there is a phenomenal Oden restaurant nearby open till 11pm.
