Nice area, lovely staff, indoor parking, super quiet, wonderful for sleeping, great air conditioner, comfy bed and pillows, a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall great place!
My only complaint would be the lack of hot water, it wasn't freezy cold but it didn’t cause the mirror to steam up either, so barely luke warm at best.
The positives definitely trump the water issue

Air conditioning was a bit under powered for size of room, windows didn't seal entirely, and only cool water for shower. But, good enough for a short stay.
