It was all pretty great and easy to walk to everything- wonderful room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. One downside- it's proximity to popular restaurants/pubs combined with being a university town made it a bit noisy at night. I brought earplugs for sleeping and that solved the issue. Very safe, just a lot of happy people, especially on Friday and Saturday.

Convenient location, walking distance to harbour and restaurants. In an area with a lively nightlife but did not disturb sleep.

The room and breakfast were great. Location was perfect for us downtown.

Easily accessed downtown property with on site secure parking. Once there, everything else is walkable. Pedestrian only shopping and entertainment street just block over. Lots of walkable nearby dining options. Only a few blocks from spectacular waterfront. Helpful staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. Reasonably priced. Would stay again.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the convenience of the location and the room amenities.

Everything was perfect!

For some reason we were sent to another hotel, away from the waterfront and where we wanted to be, that cost less and was of lower quality and nowhere near where we wanted to be. So I’m summation, we stayed at cheaper hotel and no offer at compensation other than a bag of beer nuts Clearly I cannot rate any amenities since I never got to enjoy any of it and had to pay $35 for a cab to and from where I should have been. And lastly the email notifying me of this change came from some unknown source with cryptic sounding name that went to junk. Nice job, nice customer service. I’m being sarcastic.
