Extremely loud location. The traffic outside started around 530am and goes till 10pm or later. Key situation with rooms was a bit weird. I felt like I was being watched as I came and went from the unit (the staff would text me) - perhaps it’s for safety, but I needed two codes to get into the hotel from the outside of the building. Might stay again in a pinch but I felt overpriced for what else is available in prati

Great cozy

I was surprised with the name hotel that it was basically half a floor in an old office building. For the price it wasn’t bad and room was clean. The WiFi was hit or miss so if you have to do any work this might not be the place for you.

we didnt receive any information about check in or how to access the hotel - had to rely on another guest we were with to find out how to get in. bed was rock hard and impossible to sleep on. the booking info said breakfast was available for a fee, but there was no one to ask and no info on where to get it. hair dryer that was provided barely worked, and didnt stay running unless you held the button the whole time you used it. room was extremely small, but as expected in rome. no outside lighting at hotel entrance made it almost impossible to find in the evening, and did not feel safe. grocery store right next door was nice, since there were no amenities offered other than 1 bottle of water (2 guests), a coffee pot and 2 biscuits. it was nearly impossible to check in, because the 1 attendant that worked at the hotel was off the day we arrived - our fellow traveller had to call twice from the train and email to find out how to get our rooms. someone just happened to be there the third morning and was able to handle our check out for the following day.

I'm disappointed to say that this hotel did not meet my expectations. Despite its attractive appearance in the photos after refurbishment, there were several issues that need attention. The bathroom was unclean, with noticeable mould and limescale that indicated a lack of proper cleaning for an extended period. Additionally, there was a shortage of towels and bathroom amenities. The bedding provided was of poor quality, consisting of a thin sheet riddled with holes instead of a proper blanket. Furthermore, the lack of sound insulation between rooms resulted in a significant noise disturbance from neighbouring guests and adjacent water usage. Despite advertising Wi-Fi, it was only accessible near the reception desk area, leaving our room without reception. The limited availability of staff at the reception desk throughout the day made it difficult to seek assistance or support when needed. On a positive note, the hotel's location in the Prati neighbourhood was enjoyable, and the air conditioning system worked well. I hope this feedback helps the hotel address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

Clean friendly & quiet

Everything better then expected, Mitzi and her team work were amazing.

Friendly welcome on arrival and spotless comfy room... highly recommend

Excellent little b and b with the personal touch supplied by Mr Sixt. He let us check in early and told us beat way in and out of rome to do what we need to do.

My family and I stayed at CF Rooms for four nights. The place is small but very clean. Sisto was very friendly and helpful. He also cooked breakfast every morning. Thank you! Great experience!
