An absolutely outstanding resort that redefines excellence. From the moment you arrive, you’re met with the warmest welcome and an attention to detail that feels almost effortless. Every aspect of the experience is thoughtfully curated, leaving you wondering what more could possibly be improved—because nothing seems overlooked. The setting itself is breathtaking, a true piece of paradise on earth, where luxury and tranquility exist in perfect harmony. Accessible to almost everything. Walkable to Bali Collection, coffee shops and restaurants. Resort is very clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant. Very personable, they treat everyone well. You don’t get hungry. There’s always a nice treat everyday; fresh fruits, goodies and other treats.

I have travelled at many resorts for over 30 years. And over 15 years with family. This resort was in the top 3 I’ve ever been too - and we’ve been everywhere. It may even be the best. It’s nothing short of stunning & very friendly / helpful staff.

St Regis pool is the best I’ve ever swam in !! The ocean view was just spectacular and the private beach just beautiful

Great experience overall! Lagoon villa room and facilities were exceptional. Staff are the heart of the hotel and go above and beyond to make your stay special. We wished we had more time to experience it all. Can’t wait to return.

The service we experienced was truly second to none. Every little touch, every thoughtful gesture, and every interaction we had was fantastic. We were made to feel that no request was ever too much, and throughout our time we felt genuinely cared for and very special. It was this warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism that made our stay such a joy. We are already planning our next visit!
