The staff was very helpful and caring. We had difficult time carrying all luggage up to the 5th floor. The staff happened to see us and without hesitation to give us a hand. The location was excellent for sightseeing. The entrance had no sign of the property except the address.

Little too much noise in the evning/night But Else its was good.Nice room bedroom and toilet

Warning for anyone looking to stay! This place is located above a bar and across from a nightclub so it gets very very loud on the weekends, during the week it was much much better. They also have curtains that don't cover the windows fully so bring a sleeping mask. The no elevator sucked but was not that big of a deal.

I was attending a conference at the university and this property turned out to be very convenient for that. The building itself is very close to both the university and the downtown pedestrian zone, and the property itself was very well maintained overall. I appreciated the lounge area with free coffee. And my room was fairly basic but very clean and equipped with useful amenities such as a good-sized refrigerator and microwave, which is extremely helpful in a country where prepared food tends to be very expensive. There was a bit of confusion about how the door codes work, but that was cleared up fairly quickly via WhatsApp. As some others reported, the street outside was a bit loud in the evening because there are quite a few bars right there, and the Norwegians tend to stay up very late once the sun returns in the summer, especially on weekend nights. I was on a high floor, though, so it didn't really bother me all that much. And they did think to provide ear plugs, just in case. Bottom line: I'd say it's a good option for anyone who needs to several nights in central Bergen without completely breaking the bank.

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The self check in was so easy.

We loved the apartment , 3 minutes walk to the metro , supermarket , cafes restaurant just on the door . Very nice comfortable apartment . Would definitely stay here again . 5 star from us .

Great location and clean. Very responsive on request. But did not know there is no elevator. It is hard to get the luggage to 5th floor.

Excellent budget friendly hotel in central Bergen. Fantastic location. The spacious and wonderfully decorated lounge with free coffee was the cherry on the top of a glorious stay. I will be back!
