Front desk staff were helpful but the room service staff very unprofessional with knocking on the door entered inside the room. The hotel should provide some door display card notification Do not disturb Room service card Overall management needed to pay more attention Not enough security protocol followed and one room card can open other doors it's security bridge

We were there 15min and saw roaches, AC didn’t work. We bailed.

Great place for a quick transit

The owner has some great staff working there. He or she are very lucky to have such a great team that were so happy to help and the atmosphere with the running water and lights made it very special and a relaxing place to be for travellers🌸

Nice place for a one night stay. 1st room bathroom had water leaking over it however we were transferred to another room. Overall nice place nice staff

Nice stay for night before flight

Room was clean staff were very good. Restaurant poor quality I would find somewhere else to eat. I wanted to do a late checkout but you pay $F20per hour. And after 4.00pm you pay full room rate. The manager Shreen needs to get out from behind her computer screen and talk to customers.
