Great hotel

Our room’s air conditioner was insufficient. Room was 25 degrees Celsius throughout our stay. Difficult to impossible to rest or sleep in the room. Requests to staff to address the issue by repairing the problem or switching us to another were not fulfilled. Requests to provide a discount to the charge to the moment have gone unheeded.

What a surprise a stunning hotel in a perfect location , great staff most helpful

Beautiful hotel, great staff, location, WiFi and AC was included on my warm summer visit.

Amazing experience in Liverpool and Municipal hotel was exceptional! The staffs who service the breakfast were superb, the reception were very friendly and helpful, thank you all, we are looking forward to coming back here soon . xx

Breakfast was incredible

Absolutely lovely stay, very friendly and attentive staff from beginning to end which we really appreciated. A stunning room also and beautiful bar and quiet areas in which to sit and drink chill. We did think their charge of £50 per person for two hours to use the pool and spa area was too expensive though given we’re already paying to stay in the hotel, however this isn’t the staffs fault and overall we loved our stay and would go back again in a heartbeat! Thank you!
