Todo estuvo bien .

It’s was my first time taking my kids out the country!!I did my my research. I found this resort. it exceeded my expectation. everything was perfect. It had a good blend for adults and kids.

First family vacation. We were in the preferred club. My kids loved it! The pool was clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly , i felt like they always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was nice to make conversation and jokes. The drinks in the preferred club were definitely better. Overall definitely planning to come back and definitely within hyatt for any future vacations. Would 100% recommend

Entertainment team was the best!!

This place is great for kids. You do have to use an app for reservations, which was a pain for us. Many activities ended early. Summer time is not the best time there is so much seaweed in the beach!

This was my first stay at an all inclusive resort so I have no way to compare this to anywhere else that may be similar. I would give this resort a 5/10. Positive - For the most part, the staff was very nice and attentive. The immediate area around the property is a lush mangrove and it truely is set back into nature. The food was decent and the layouts and ambience of the restaurants themselves were nice. Hanging out by the pool was fun with the kids. Negative - One slide wasn’t open our entire stay. There was a huge plywood encased work zone directly in the middle of all of the pools. The property itself looked a bit raggedy in some places, particularly the areas near the slides and children’s swimming/splash area (rusty children’s splash area, and what I would assume to be cat or raccoon poop in places) as well as the hallways and corridors around the property itself (there was a massive, dead cockroach in the hallway near our room from the first day we arrived and it was in the exact same place the day that we left) The main entrance/lobby and areas near the restaurants were nicely maintained. The room itself was designed nicely and probably was great when it was newer, but it looked and seemed worn out. There was visible mold or mildew near a cover just above the door. Any electrical outlets or switch plates had mold or mildew on them and behind buttons. There were visible stains on the rug and sitting chairs and the table was chipped and scratched.

We had a great family vacation overall, especially because of how much there was for the kids to do. The pools were amazing! Our kids absolutely loved the lazy river and all the extra water features. We also used the Kids Club one day, and they had a fantastic time. It's definitely geared more toward younger children, which worked well for us. Our room was excellent. We stayed in a long room with a partial ocean view, and it was spacious enough for our family. The kids shared the pull-out couch, and we especially loved the bathroom layout. The entertainment was another highlight. The breakdancing show was fantastic, and we enjoyed participating in the pool games and even joined the water aerobics. The swim-up bar was also a favorite for our family, although it would have been nice if there were a few more bars open throughout the resort to help reduce the long lines. The biggest disappointment was the dining experience. Restaurant reservations were difficult because you had to use both the app and visit the restaurants in person. We were never able to get reservations for our entire party, even when trying to split into smaller groups. It was frustrating and took away from the overall experience. We were also disappointed with the quality of the buffet and the drinks at the bars. Overall, this is an excellent resort for families with young children thanks to the incredible pools, activities, entertainment, and comfortable rooms. However, the restaurant were a problem.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was great. Great view of the resort and water. The only downside was all of the sargassum in the ocean, but that is no fault of the hotel. I guess I just visited at the wrong time of the year.

It was a wonderful resort, except for the excess Seaweeds on the beaches, this caused smelly environment.

Lovely and beautiful property - staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice - a great place to stay, family friendly and the food was tastey
