大阪四季飯店 (Four Seasons Hotel Osaka)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

This is an exceptional hotel - and everyone we interacted with was gracious and genuine. Sanjay the guest relation manager made our visit here special. The staff anticipated our needs and acted rapidly and accordingly. Stellar service. They also never forgot our names if they recognized us in the lobby. As a new hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and out of this world. It's also conveniently close to an underground entrance that leads eventually to Osaka Station and everything else in between. So glad we stayed here at the end of a two week trip - it ended up being one of the best hotel stays. Hopefully, this hotel continues to remain great. I hope to return.

One of the unique & concept hotel in kyoto

Perfect stay! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Super helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful! Our room was so spacious and had all the amenities. This was in such a convenient neighbourhood close to Osaka Station where we discovered a Time Out Market. So many restaurants in the neighbourhood and close to all the buses and trains. Would definitely stay here again.
