Our overnight cruise will be one we’ll always remember.Andi our guide was extremely prompt and extremely formative from the moment we stepped onto the tender boat before we cruised.From our first steps onto Amanda luxury cruise we knew we were on the right boat for us.The staff were all very helpful,brunch first up was great with plenty to choose from,our room was so spacious with plenty of room,an incredible bathroom with views and a balcony that allows you to really take in the surroundings as you cruise.Our dinner was lovely although you don’t have a big meal,the bar has plenty to choose from at your own cost.We enjoyed a couple of excursions which were very well organised. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for two nights.

I can't really rate this cruise specifically. We were moved to a different cruise line at the last hour. I booked Amanda after doing my research, and over the past few months I was chatting to 1 person for organising stuff there. That person left the company and none of my communications (through Whatsapp) was noted anywhere. 2 days before the cruise a new person was in touch. I repeated the entire process. Up to the day of the cruise, everything was smooth with the admin. Then an hour or so before I got sent a "we regret to inform you....." message. Stating that the cruise had leaks due to the storms. But there were no recent storms that would not have allowed the leakage identification to have only occurred on the morning of the cruise. They had weeks or months to do so. I believe this was simply an excuse. Perhaps for overbooking. Anyway, luckily enough, they booked us on another cruise that offered the same itinerary, so we were ok with that. However, it was another cruiseline, one that I had ruled out as part of my initial research. In the end, it worked out.

Outstandingly

We paid for all inclusive meaning unlimited food, drink and snacks. This was a lie all drink we charge as extra in the end they gave us 8 cans of soft drink, 20% of all other drink and 2 bottles of red wine. Not good enough. This cruise was should have been all inclusive as advertised and we only got the soft drink and other discounts after major arguments. Wotif are now looking into it Thank Wotif

The trip was very memorable. Ms. Marceling, the coordinator, the cruise manager Mr. Bam and whole cruise team was very polite and done a lot of care. Room was nice with a gallery and great view. Food was also excellent. I Cant believe that Jain vegetarian food can be so nicely prepared by a Vietnam chef. Thanks to all again.
