Service was amazing by all staff, especially Thao. Everything was exceptional.

Room is super clean; staffs are amazing!! Always the best time at pullman.

Modern hotel with high level service. The breakfast restaurant is huge and the food really good. The spa includes free access to pool, hot tub, and sauna - and these are beautiful and very clean. Recommended!

The staff were awesome! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was their first anniversary. The massage we had at the spa was wonderful. A new hotel with a great breakfast buffet, we stayed 2 weeks and tried all we could, including dim sum. The hotel was located on a Main Street near lots of shops and restaurants. Special mention to Dat at reception that spoke great English and made several recommendations and Trang at the restaurant for her hospitality and great smile when we came down for meals.

Had a great time, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly and the food was amazing!

A floorless hotel experience. Helpful staff, good food and good variety. A great room and facilities.

Warm hospitality, clean and spacious room with expansive view of the city, topped by the best breakfast of our three month (so far) East Asia trip. We wish to thank the Pullman team for our unforgetable 4 night stay inclusive of the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. You have set the bar so high, that we have yet to find another hotel that even came close 10 days further down into the trip. We will return.
