My husband stayed one night and he said it was one of the best experiences at a hotel he ever had. If you’re looking for a place to stay in LaLima, this would be an excellent place to stay!! The owner was very kind and very helpful in every way!

This is not a hotel. It is a hostel, nothing like the pictures. The bed sheets were not changed, its in a very hidden place. I do not recommend it. We didnt leave because it was night when we arrived and had 3 kids, we stayed for a few hrs and slept on top of everythkng because the sheets were not changed and everything was stained. I told the person in charge and they just apologized.

Air conditioning terrible, tv terrible.

I did a reservation for 7 people and they ended up charging me extra $25 apparently for my reservation. Be careful when you booked with them.

Nice people and very peaceful place , close to airport, overall nice people took me early in the morning to airport

Pésimo para entrar y lejos del aeropuerto no es lo que dicen en la aplicación piden más requisitos para entrar a ese mentado hotel como si fuera del gobierno y al entrar nada que ver parece casa de trailas. Nolo recomiendo

The service was amazing. The customer service 1000/10. I felt so safe being they picked me up from the airport at midnight and helped me settle for the days of my stay. Always asking what we needed and keeping my husband and I settled and safe.

Unit was very clean with comfy beds. Biggest issue could not enjoy the living/dining area due to unbearable heat. AC only in the bedroom. Property in a safe quiet gated community. Unfortunately it was far from restaurants & grocery stores.
