This hotel is centrally located. We walked to different markets, nature and river trails easily. Loved the floor to ceiling windows, to see the city in action. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful (we checked in late at night very quickly, and they supplied plug convertors upon request). Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay that is connected to everything.

location is very good for transit in Seoul

Room was kept clean and had fresh towels and made up even when room cleaning was supposed to be every 3 days.

Great location and super friendly staffs. They even have free laundry and will do it for you. They can be reach by WhatsApp or WeChat or Line; super easy to ask them questions anytime. They will even send reminder for any weather updates

The hotel is easily accessible and has a great view. Overall cleanliness was good.

Plus plus is the free laundry! With this we were able to carry less clothes and had clean clothes for our upcomming cruise !!! It really helped a lot! And the location is perfect with lots if restaurant options and proximity to tourists areas!

Great location, fantastic rooms and very helpful staff

Nice new hotel, walking distant to restaurants and City Hall station

Very convenient location. Spacious room and large common area

Great hotel. The staff was was so helpful and location is so close to the subway entrances. First time in South Korea and was easy to find our way back while walking or riding the subway. Room was big with a really nice view. Kids really enjoyed it. So much room for them to be kids.
