We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse. That property should not be advertised.

The good: room is big, location, staff. The bad: me and my wife stuck at the elevator for 10 minutes tried to open the door by hand. Kitchen lot of missing stuff, they advertise free parking but for us no available because the shutter is not working. 4 nights got parking on the road, you have to pay from 8am to 8pm on weekdays. Need renovation lot of faults, shower, door knob, a/c, fridge etc. we move 3 times other room. Is a nightmare holiday for us.

This place was terrible, not clean and run down. Only plus was train transportation was close for Milan.

We travel for 2 months and this hotel was the dirtiest and filthiest we have ever seen. First impression of the lobby dirty. The room smelled funky, a mixture of curry and human. The floors hasn’t been cleaned, dirt, debris everywhere. Dirt balls on furniture, mold in bathroom and broken kitchen cabinets. The out door chair had no paint and rust all over. The bathtub scratched and rusty, the shower curtain stained, mold everywhere. The shower rod was missing and the shower head just wrapped around the faucet. No chairs in the living room. The walls patched up and scratched. The door frames sticky, as the light switches. The bed linen came with black curly hair and the comforter with brown stains. The sofa had so many stains on it we couldn’t sit on it- just disgusting. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Stay away.

The room is a converted apartment for elders. The room is spacious. The bathroom is worst because its dirty and moldy.

Great place to stay if your looking for something near Disneyland.

key never worked in door but quite good location

The room was outdated but clean, some plug sockets were exposed and multiple light switches everywhere?!

The bathroom faucets weren’t working properly. The shower was terrible (water was leaking heavily from the hose, barely reaching the shower-head), and the water pressure was very low. The plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery were all dirty and covered with stains. Nothing is cheap without a reason. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and I definitely would never come back.

Everything was fine just they charged us city tex twice
