Good location

The hotel was good in the past. Now standard has fallen sharply. Poor maintenance. Our AC did not work and we had to change rooms. Room was not clean and front staff had to come and clean the room. Only gave one key even though we were several adults because they needed to conserve electricity. Very disappointing fall in standards and will not return.

This is an apartment hotel. We had a 2 bedroom, one bath, modern luxury apartment with a full kitchen, and combined dining area and livingroom. The beds were so comfortable and the only reason to get out of bed was to get the varied and delicious breakfast awaiting us. The apartment had a wraparound balcony with access from the bedrooms and livingroom. Really nice unit.

The hotel was very clean which I really appreciated. However, communication from the hotel could be better, as I wanted to book the airport shuttle for which I completed the online form but did not get a response. Then when I called them they told me the shuttle was unavailable which was not indicated in the listing and even when I completed the form for the airport shuttle. Overall, the communication could be better. Otherwise the hotel itself as well as the food was great and I greatly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent place, room and services.

The staff are very polite and professional. I still remember on of them who went extra mile in his job. His name is FABRICE. A young man, very polite and helpful. I’ve left some clothes in the wardrobe. He managed to arrange for me to collect them couple of days later when I came back to Abidjan from the countryside. The room cleaner, a young later that I don’t know the name, kindly notify it to the reception ant securely left the clothes in a safe place. Well done to all of them at the reception.
