Really pleased we stayed here. Rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. Great amenities with a lovely large outside pool. Greeted by General Manager on arrival and given complimentary drinks. Short walk to town, ideal location

very noisy environment, the hot tub look dirty, the room floor was full of hair and dust. dinner and breakfast was not bad.

The service is over 5 stars, highly recommended.

Room was very hot,A/C control out of function,Balcony door couldn't be locked from inside,shower head port wasn't stable(kept spinning around),toilet seat not stable(kept moving about).Lastly House keeping turned up at 08.15 and opened our room door with out even knocking on the door,then left with out a even a sorry.Other than this, food was lovely, rooms are specious and beds are comfy,hot water and towells are fine.

Great spot with clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast and dinner were ok but could be better. Couldn’t use hot tub on the terrace unit since water was not hot enough. Same goes for the shower which is strange for a thermal hotel. Otherwise everything else was good and I will visit again.

Our first day there were no visible staff despite a cafe door being open, we brought our own coffee etc down to the pool and when we went inside the hotel to adk for ice we were told we couldn't bring our own drinks poolside. We pointed out that no one had even come outside. After that the attention was good. The deluxe rooms were fabulous although all the glass had fingerprints on. The breakfast was amazing, truly sensational. I did comment on the lack of shady parking and no electric car charging points, we had to go to another hotel to charge our car.

This property is focussed on bus tour groups who come in in the afternoon and leave the next morning. We booked the room outside of the bus tour to visit the.
