Close to the airport. The staff are welcoming and made me feel at home. They are very helpful.

Staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus reservation made it easy to go to the airport. Breakfast was pleasant. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, at least 10-15 min by walking. I felt safe inside as it was a gated hotel.

Staff was awesome! Can't give enough compliments to everyone from head to toe. Will be back!

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Tony and Ann were amazing and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast was served at the exact time I requested, and it was absolutely delicious — lovingly prepared by the family who owns the hotel. One detail I really appreciated was that each room door had a family member’s name on it, which gave the place such a warm and personal touch. They also had convenient parking available for my rental car, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. It’s conveniently located near everything, including the airport, which made it the perfect place to relax and get the rest I needed after an incredible trip.

Tony and Brian were amazing. The room was great but the care that the staff gave us was out standing. Brian recommended a fabulous seafood restaurant and Tony made all the arrangements including dealing with the tricycle driver. They booked our van to Port Barton and followed up with us during the week to make sure we had all the details for our return trip to the airport outstanding service. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here! Great communication and pick up from the airport, super clean and comfortable room! Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so so so lovely! 10/10 recommend - we also went for a delicious dinner down the street at Ke Nikko Bar & Restaurant - best ribs I’ve ever had, great dinner spot if you’re looking for somewhere

Such kind and engaging staff! Was only there for one night but the whole experience made a great impression. Super accommodating and sweet people!

Spectacular cleanliness and staffs were amazing, breakfast were delicious kudos to Ate Fely. Areas for improvements: lobby was too hot and no ventilation, washroom was leaking when taking shower, TV reception was blurry, no soap dish in sink. Weather is too humid this summer, I suggest if possible guests access for water dispencer and ice cubes at the lobby.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the airport shuttle was a huge help for me.
