2回目の宿泊になります。前回宿泊した時、スタッフの対応がとても素晴らしく気持ちよく過ごせたので今回も迷わずこちらに決めました。さらに朝食の味噌汁が具だくさんの家庭のお味噌汁が忘れられずしっかりいただきました。とにかく朝食のスタッフやお掃除の方も気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくれて感動です。浜松へ来たときは必ずこちらのホテルに宿泊したいです。

スタッフの丁寧な対応、朝食が美味しく、チェックアウトの時にはお土産をいただいたり…ピアノ演奏などのおもてなしがあり 良かったです。 部屋の狭さ、シャワールームの狭さが気になりました

Affordable with friendly staff. Our single rooms were on the smaller side, but priced so that we could each have our own instead of sharing a double. Staff were super niceand helpful. They have a really good and affordable coin-op laundry which was better than other hotels we stayed in.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Belle chambre et bien situé!

Nice location to stay on drive from Tokyo to Osaka.

The staff were super friendly and nice; thower/tub was super deep; and the location was convenient to the station and music sites

I've traveled Japan for 2 months. This hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was fantastic. Great parking area. A must stay hotel if staying in Hamamatsu area.

We reserved 2 twin beds room however, the room was apparently 1 bed room and took the desk out to put the other twin bed to make it as 2 twin beds room. The room did not have any space for two people and even two small luggage. It felt we were cheated to pay for the room. There was no space in between the two beds. We had to use bed as luggage stand to get the things out. We cannot cross each other in the room at all. I do not recommend this hotel in terms of he room setting.
