Everything was as you would expect of a Standard hotel room. It was comfortable and clean. The thing that made it great was the service and the staff. The breakfast crew were really well organised and on to it, no dishes left sitting around empty on the buffet or used on tables. The lovely Masi always had a smile and a kind word. Would definitely recommend. The area is just a short walk from the middle of town and the train station.

We had a great stay! We had to have two separate rooms for the 5 of us, but they kept us close together. Rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! We were close to everything we wanted to see in Hamburg! We walked all over the city. Would stay here again, for sure.

We had a nice stay there. Great hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was very nice, the room was excellent.

We were not told of the requirement that we were supposed to read a door hanger that was hanging on the wall behind the door. How did we find out? When we came back to find out our room had not been refreshed. So because it was our fault that we did not this requirement were we’re only given tiny towels for our shower the next morning.

Perfect for a short stay

The breakfast was good

Very clean rooms, friendly staff (especially during breakfast). Easy accessible car parking. I stayed with my family and it’s been a very comfortable night stay as you would normally expect from Hilton hotels. Thank you all ❤️

Room wasn't enjoyable. Bed very hard and cleanliness not great.

Very friendly staff, room very clean.

We really liked that the room had a couch, and a kettle. On second day, we asked for takeaway breakfast, and got some nice sandwiches and bananas – appreciated!
