Nice spot in downtown cancun

Everything was good, just good, nothing to brag about.except the very friendly and attentive staff from the restaurant next door named Chamana. Very cute restaurant, shame the not all the dishes are great ( guacamole with cecina is the diah to have!! ) You get what u paid for. A couple of things to keep on mind: Rooms can be noisy ( windows and room doors are low quality and allows every sound inside room), theres ni mini fridge in rooms or blackout curtains ( be prepared to wake up at sunrise) Had a small miss perhaps with lady at reception ( she didn’t wanted to let my friend come into hotel even to tell me he arrived so we can then if needed pay for a day pass ( never heard this before but except in high end properties where entry of guests is really under high control ( this hotel is not a high end property) and this really damaged my perception of the nice friendly hotel i was enjoy untill then. One good thing; i arrived pretty late at night and a guy was there to open reception and show me my room. This is a small little family type of hotel that have some much potential but looks to me that the owner’s dont know hospitality industry. Good for one night specially if looking to not spend money due late arrival. Across the street there is a nice Japanese restaurant with sushi and an amazing sake list. Not cheap but great sake list including sparkling sake, awesome.

Excellent location! Excellent staff! Extremely friendly and attentive! We loved the vibe, we had a very relaxing time. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely return! Thank you, J&P

Great place located close to Cancun central, staff were awesome. Very little amenities, they should put fridges in rooms considering the do not have any food service available.

Excellent staff! Great location. They have laundry services which is nice. Brought up most of my meals as I just had a hair transplant. Highly recommend!

Really lovely big room and comfortable bed. We slept really well here. Staff were super friendly. There were lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner and a supermarket. The ADO bus station is a 5 minute walk away too. We used the pool but didn’t take part in any of the yoga or wellbeing options. We did eat breakfast in the adjoining restaurant but found there were other better options nearby at a more reasonable price.
