It was my birthday and they put balloons up and decorated the room which was lovely!
Room service food was amazing and the breakfast was amazing as well (also free)

Lovely decor in the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable, however being a junior suite, it would have been nice to have a fridge and air conditioning. On the whole it was a relaxing experience.

This time, the room was very good, so the stay was very nice.
However, you really roll the dice here, as the standard is not the same across all rooms, so you can end up with a very substandard room directly next to the motorway, with almost no noise isolation due to very old and leaky windows.
But no complaints this time

There was some confusion during check-in regarding our booking for three separate rooms, with guests arriving at different times. Initially, we were all given keys to the same room, and concerns were then raised about the number of occupants, as it didn’t seem clear that we were meant to be in different rooms. We were also asked to reconfirm our booking details a few times, which took a little while to resolve. It appeared to be a misunderstanding, but it did make what should have been a straightforward check-in more complicated than expected, and at times it felt like the confusion was attributed to us which set our weekend off on a poor note.
That said, the hotel overall suited our needs well. The location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms.
