I have stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa Village a few times with my family and we absolutely love it. The room at the ocean tower we stayed in needs a bit updating. But overall we love the resort. We would come back again. I recommend it!

Amazing

Unfortunately, my room at the Hilton hotel was infested with roaches, which was not what I had expected. I had booked a vacation to relax and enjoy my room, but unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to its standards.

The property is amazing. Family friendly resort. You have to be okay with walking since the property is so big.

Beautiful property. Train needs to be a little faster and more available but other wise it is paradise.

Upon arrival, the parking lot was 0.52 of a mile away from our room and a $48 per day parking fee. The tram that we took from the lobby to our room was slower than the people walking, not to mention minimal AC. The headboard had a huge piece of cloth missing. The shower glass had so much visible water stains and mold growing on the grout. There was a life roach behind the microwave. The sofa had no cushion. The tv cables were visibly hanging below the hanging living room hanging tv. The floors were not properly dusted. We had HK but the coffee or condiments were not refilled. The pools closest to our room had no umbrellas for shade and minimal trees. We had to pay for shade coverage at the larger pools or get beat by the sun. In general, the staff was nice but this hotel did not meet our standards for the price paid. Everything looks and feels outdated.
