The room was large by Japanese standards, but it's not sound proofed, as my room faced the main street, it was very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Also the room was very dark, I would have preferred a lighter environment.

We took the tatami apartment, with separate bedroom. Big bathroom, nice amenities. Close walking distance to train station and shopping centre, that has many food options.

Room was clean and well maintained. No issue checking in, it was simple.

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

Good value for the price. The checkin procedure was a bit difficult to navigate as there is no one at the location. We did find the phone and it became very easy.

The room was absolutely amazing. The beds were a little hard, but I guess that is to be expected in Japan. Other than that super satisfied with our stay. Would love to stay here again.

Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense.

We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book Randor again if we come to Hiroshima.

I was told there would be staff available to hold baggage, but no one was there when I arrived early for check in. We wound up schlepping our bags back to the train station to pay for lockers instead. When we returned to check in there was still no one at the front desk. The self check in tablet was difficult to work. Our reservation was under "FIRSTNAMELASTNAME" (all run together with no spaces). When we tried to locate it using other combinations of the name it returned no results, which was stressful to say the least when no one was present to assist. If we hadn't attempted every possible combination of names we would not have stumbled upon our reservation. The washing machine was advertised as a washer/dryer, but it did not dry the clothes, they need to be hung to dry in the shower room. The neighbors were very loud at all hours of the night and the train was audible as well. More soundproofing would help in the bedroom.

Wonderful space. When I reserving this, I expected basic Japanese accommodations. Was entirely surprised at how spacious it was, with three separate rooms, kitchen/dining area, amazing shower room
