Room was clean and pleasant. Air conditioning wasn’t very good and fans were needed and provided. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t have it. Location was good, but more information from the hotel about location would have been helpful; it can be reached by walking along the train platform but we only found this out after we’d walked through the streets. Loved all the Freddie memorabilia!

Excellent. Loved the location. Loved the super helpful staff. Loved the breakfast. Loved our room (423). Really easy to walk from the station. Just along the platform but no train noise. Our room had a loved view down to the lake. Lots of space. Large balcony. Staff amazing. Spoke lots of languages- Spanish and English included. Excellent breakfast and well priced at 18f. We loved the Freddie theme! Easy to walk to and he lake and Old Town.

Very convenient as it located beside the train station. The staff are friendly and kind.

Location location location! Literally walk along the Montreux train platform no. 1 and it leads you to the entry of the hotel. New clean rooms. Loved everything about it.

Good, and good location.

The hotel is very modern but expensive for what it provides especially the car park. 25 Swiss francs. Our room was noisy as it faced the station and trains rumbled past. The air conditioning didn't work, no bar, no proper lounge. The location was good and the staff helpful. We didn't like the look of the breakfast area and gave it a miss.

As a fan of Freddie, a stay at The Freddie Mercury when in Montreux is a must. It's campy, and fun and you can't not smile in the public areas. As a rather fussy hotel guest, I had no real issues. There isn't air conditioning, but there is some air circulation. The rooms are basic, but how much time do you plan on spending in there? The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is reasonable for the price (on demand omelettes and lots of variety). It was clean enough, though there is some wear starting to show. The staff was very helpful. Most of all, the location is amazing and on the train station platform (you can hear the trains from your room if you're on that side, but it's a soft/gentle woosh every now and then). I'm so glad I stayed there. Thank you!

It is a very well located hotel, practically a few steps near the rail station, which makes the hotel confortable in that way. The staff is gently. My only regret, and is a big regret, is that I found a dirty women underwear in my hotel room, just the day of my arrival. I was looking for a plug to plug in my charger, when I found that underwear, and that only means how well they do the cleaning of the room.

the only thing to improve is that in the room were 2 tea bags, but there was 3 of us :-)
