還好 The apartment does not provide gym or pool access to shop term guest as advertised on the listing photos. I was told by the host they used to be available but it is no longer available. The are construction noises every day. Drilling and hammering.

We weren't allowed access to the gym or pool area. When we asked about the getting access the pool or gym area on our final night stay, we were ghosted and they didn't reply. The next day, we checked out.

Place was clean. They allowed me to check in early due to my flight arriving early. I was also allowed to check out late.
Staff have an excellent level of communication and are very helpful.
One thing to be aware of, is that this complex is not finished. There is a lot of construction around which will be a problem to anyone who is sensitive to noise.
If you are on a holiday in Saigon, you should also be aware that it is not within waking distance of any attractions that you may want to see.
For someone who lives in Vietnam, or who knows how to easily organise their own transport this place is fantastic.
For someone on a holiday, who wants to be in amongst the hustle and bustle of Saigon, this place would not be suitable.
I regularly visit Saigon, and this is my first time staying at this property, after this visit, I will add this as a place I will stay regularly.
