The place was filthy

Good location

We really enjoyed our stay. Its was nice having all everything you'd have at home rather than being in a hotel with a small refrigerator no stove etc. There was a great restaurant located right outside our apt door. It very quiet location other than what you'd hear on the street. I highly recommend.

Not at all like the listing! Also waiting for a $250 deposit. We had to leave 15 minutes once we arrived! So smelly of smoke and dirty! Bedroom was in a basement! Linens smelled and stained.

Location was alright, hosts were very responsive. If they could do a deep clean of the place, it would’ve been great

Excellent. The room was perfect

There was hair in the bed linen and iron on the toilet upstairs, along with globs of soap dripping on the shower walls with dirt crumbles on the shower curtain. There was no broom, dust pan or mop, no trash bags to replace after being full. I had to purchase another $120 worth of items to accommodate my comfort level. The sofa and comforter provided had stains on them and I didn’t feel at ease resting on them. I also had to buy my own linen and pillows. There was no soap in the dispensers so I purchased that as well along with dish soap. I have had to make a few purchases like soap and tissue in the past no big deal. However, when asked for $250 security deposit I was expecting more out of my stay there. Not to mention one of the main attractions was the patio that I had no access to while there. When I reached out to the host I was told it was unfortunately unavailable without further explanation.

Very nice, easy to communicate with I would recommend.

The room was horrible. We left immediately and got a hotel. It's pretty seedy and near a strip club with a bunch of people hanging outside.

They shouldn’t be allowed to be on here! I called Expedia to take them down. The place wasn’t clean. Dirty. The reviews are correct. They reply quickly. I couldn’t check-in with the code they gave me. No toilet paper or soap. I had to contact them. Used dirty soap container. Dish washer full of dirty dishes.
