It was super sketchy area cat urine stench galore had no entry into the property they add several charges after the initial booking three different companies for payment no contact numbers for complaints purchase at your own risk horrible experience this is a scam! Hope this helps so it won’t happen to you!

Owners very helpful. Small, basic room with thin walls, so could hear other guests’ TV. Ear plugs were provided.

The room was fine, if you are planning g to just sleep in the room it does the job. The common spaces were very clean. However in the room most surfaces were a bit dirty. Luckily the bedding was clean. Amazing bathroom with heated floors. The main issue was with property maintenance. Upon arrival the electronic locking door's handle fell off in my hand and would open with or without the code. When I arrived back later in the evening, the entire system was disabled and I was stuck outside for 20 minutes attempting to get in contact with the host. Once they were in contact the host was helpful but the whole situation was frustrating and had me ready to leave the next morning. Also plan on parking at least a 5 minute walk away as parking is rather competitive.

Hey folks, I will save you some headaches. I booked last minute and showed up to address as that’s all that was sent to me after payment on Hotels.com. It was a hard to find condo with no parking. They sent me no check in instructions. The email made me go through all kinds of uploading of my credit card and I’d and kept crashing because there is poor cell service in area. I sat at the location for hours and tried to call all the numbers at Hotel.com that are all out of service and didn’t work. I tried everything to call or find help and I was left in my own. After a few hours of trying and uploading they charged cleaning fee that wasn’t in the disclosed price and tried to send to me some random parking lots for pay parking. There was no street parking or anything close which is a nightmare if you have luggage. Just stay away from this place at I ended up booking another hotel as they sent me the instructions at 9 pm when check in was 3pm. I ended up paying for an expensive hotel after a 6 drive from Oregon. Just a horrible experience and now left calling visa to dispute all the charges for a place I could access and cost way more because of the hotel I had to purchase.

This is a hostel. Not a Hotel you share common spaces with others and the bathroom. Also 4 flights of stairs we are non ambulatory. It's was impossible to stay there our room was on the 4th floor. Website totally misrepresented this hostel. If your a poor young person it is perfect and you don't mind sharing space. Needless to say we didn't stay there. And have been unable to get our money back so far. Expedia is investigating. Please help

Room was small but cozy. Would’ve liked more coat hangers or somewhere to put our clothes. Potentially Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay (we did 9 nights), but for a weekend getaway where you don’t have a giant suitcase it would be great. The shower was awesome and the heated floors in the bathroom were a game changer. Our upstairs neighbors were making noise all night that was very audible in our room as the floors / walls are pretty thin, but to the properties credit, they provide earplugs

The theme and check-in process were unique. The location was great, but the kitchen was neglected, with dirty dishes, a full trash can, and food on the counter. A co-living tenant’s behavior incited two other tenants to place a 911 call. Afterwards the host didn’t follow up effectively to ensure the issue was resolved and that it was safe. He also called three times and left two text messages after I left, threatening a late fee.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. Good walking distance to downtown Seattle. The owners were very responsive when I sent them messages. I would recommend!

The microwave and wine fridge didn't work. The place is decent and in a decent area. The parking is a nightmare but it's also Seattle.
