Sophari Bellevue Tower Apts (Sophari Towers: Bellevue Apartments)

The communication was terrible. The staff would not reply to messages through Expedia or to phone calls. There was no other way to contact them. Additionally upon arrival I was sent to 3 different apartments to check into and they were all locked. The room itself was fine but lacked enough towels and an additional set of blankets would have been appreciated as I was cold.

Great place to stay!

Entry is complicated. The shades are broken. The fixtures are cheap. The beds are uncomfortable. Nice location and view is all it has going for it.

Terrible Experience – Poor Management and Unsafe Conditions Our stay at this apartment in Bellevue, Washington was awful. From the start, management was unresponsive—you can only text, no phone number provided, which made resolving issues a nightmare. Parking and check-in were extremely frustrating. You have to get temporary keys, run up to the apartment to get the actual keys, and then go back down 20 levels to return the temp set. It’s a needlessly complicated process that wasted a lot of time. Once inside, things got worse. Everything was unplugged, and there was Saran wrap covering all the fire detectors. The worst part? We found a knife in the bed sheets! This wasn’t just odd, it was dangerous—my wife almost cut her leg on it. When we texted management about this, we received no response for a full day. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been cleaned properly. How could they miss a knife sticking out of the bed? The lack of communication, along with the cumbersome check-in process, made this stay incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here, plan on allocating at least an hour for check-in and parking. The apartment itself could be nice if it were clean and better managed, but as it stands, it’s far from a 5-star rental. Definitely would not recommend.
