I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room very comfortable. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Good air conditioning

I like the hotel would go back. Very convenient.

Lovely spotless hotel, air conditioned room, friendly staff and 2 minute walk from Southgate train station

Nice

I found it excellent as a solo traveller

Good location near the tube station. Clean and quiet.

No alcohol sold at property , room had flies that we had to manage. But all in all the room was lovely.

Carpets were old and disgusting. With terrible smell throughout

Southgate was great, with a reasonably priced, very spacious studio room that was clean. Staff were all kind and helpful. The neighborhood felt reasonably safe. The only downside was the distance to the city center.
