Breakfast is excellent. Enough varieties. Good quality. Staffs very helpful, and cheerful. Coffee is great.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was all friendly and professional and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice and and everything close by if you’re going to shopping or restaurant and Eva very helpful and so friendly and professional

Everything is excellent and Eva at the front desk was excellent handle everything and all the employee at breakfast was excellent and friendly

My stay at Hyatt Place was overall very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the experience was pleasant, especially thanks to the professional and welcoming security team who greeted us warmly. I would like to give special thanks to Puput at the reception. She was incredibly helpful to me and my friend throughout our stay. Her level of professionalism and service was truly exceptional, making our experience even more memorable. The access fee for pool for my guests who visiting me during my stay was quite expensive. Additionally, the toilet lid in the room was not soft-closing. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent service, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Had a nice overnight stay coming through Makassar

When we arrived the room was a brisk 20C. I set the thermostat at 24C, on "heat" mode. Nothing changed. Called the front desk, they sent up maintenance. After much fiddling with Google translate, he told me it was set correctly and "it just takes time". 12 hours latter, it was still 20C. When I sneezed in the room, it snowed! There was also a very strong chemical smell. If you have chemical sensitivities, I would avoid this hotel.
