Staff is a great help

Good location and bang for the buck.

Air conditioning make to much noise don’t let me sleeping well every day

If you need simply a bed and parking then you are covered. Nothing else is available here. The people staying above us surely had a pet elephant - stomping across the floor went on all hours thru the night. The people in the room next to us were traveling the halls naked and the manager had a shouting argument with them at midnight. Lessons learned, we will not return here.

The lady at the front desk, the day that I arrived: July 24th at 10:00 pm absolutely hates her job and treated me like garbage. I had two huge pieces of luggage and she could not help me hold the door. I struggled in front of her for about two minutes. She was rude and I almost felt as she despised my presence. The doors close and are very hard to handle. She was simply really terrible. I will never stay at this hotel again.

We took the multi bedroom for 5 people and it was perfect, the price is ok, and its a good hotel for sleeping.

Hotel was clean and close to Venice beach about a 10min drive staff is friendly area is in a good spot only thing is my air went out at like 5am and no staff was in office Intill 8:30am so I had to wait lady in the front made sure to call manager to advise but stated maintenance guy doesn’t work weekends and couldn’t confirm a refund for a night if needed to look for another hotel since she stated they were fully booked which made me alittle worried since I had a baby with me but luckily in an hour she was able to get me another room so that was good but not sure how it would have went if there wasn’t but besides that everything was good rooms were clean and area is quiet but you do have to pay $15 a night for parking
