Great spot by the beach. Minor details were missed but all and all we loved it.

Tout était parfait. La chambre au 5e étage avec la piscine était parfaite.

The breakfast was amazing, literally something for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful. Best hotel gym i’ve seen so far, i was able to do a full leg day and there were lots of options for upper body days too. Seafood dinner right across the street if you want a special meal on the beach, but the restaurant food was also great.

We were in awe of how spacious our room was, the plush mattresses, and complete with a bathtub and shower. For the price of this hotel, it was a great deal! Especially when considering the buffet style breakfast (included) and the restaurant food (not included, but delicious!). Plus, the hotel is literally across from the beach and isn’t in too touristy of an area, so we weren’t bothered by too much noise at night.

Loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean with lovely friendly staff. We didn’t need to leave the hotel as we ate at the rooftop bar while watching the sunset - delicious dinner! The pools and onsite spa were fantastic- so relaxing!

Need more variety for breakfast - pastry is OK Staffs were absolutely fantastic Got into an argument on my first contact with the reception. The room allocated to me was not what I was told about. From their viewpoint it was Expedia's fault and from Expedia it was my fault (I still don't know why and I ended up paying more than $500. I was just not in the mood to discuss after a 22 hour flight. That's too bad.

Everything was awesome, everything!

The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. They were always so friendly and helpful, and they remember details about conversations they have with everyone. My room was lovely, spacious, calm and clean. I was on the 8th floor overlooking the sea which was incredible, the only problem was it was extremely loud in the evenings. There were events in the bar above each night which were so loud, even through my earplugs. Although it was quite annoying for an hour or so it didn't ruin my trip at all and I hope I'll be able to return to this hotel again one day. The breakfast was varied and delicious, I tried so many new things that I would never usually have for breakfast. The food throughout my stay was perfect and the cocktails were amazing too, especially at happy hour! I also had a 90 minute treatment at the spa which was lovely, I highly recommend. Overall I loved my stay and I didn't ever want to leave!

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room serviced every day. Good restaurants with a varied menu. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful quiet beach owned by the hotel. Quiet location way from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali. Only 15 minutes in the taxi from the airport.
