Yay - Nespresso machine! Handy location, loved the decor. Very characterful building, excellent English breakfast. Perfect for overnighting for Blenheim palace, and please don't miss the Museum of Oxford life just up the street - it's a little gem.

Our room was on the top floor, the temp outside was around 25C, temp in the room was 30-35C there were 2 fans in the room but they didn’t make any difference, it was difficult to sleep to put it mildly. (We have had a spell of exceptionally hot weather in the UK) On a positive, Sunday lunch was very good with great service, breakfast was also ok.

Perfect hotel for the Blenheim Palace Festival. Literally a 5 minute walk to the grounds. Great decor, functional room and a lovely little restaurant with great food. The the staff were really friendly and checking in/out was quick and simple. Thanks for a great stay.

Housekeeping was appalling! On arrival, toilet seat round on a square toilet, hanging off its hinges! On usage, totally swung off! Why was this not reported prior to our arrival? Dressing table ...I placed my jewellery box in the front drawer, only to discover a full dust after a couple of inches into said drawer! Empty coffee pod/ dust/ cobwebs underneath Dressing table, also, underneath the bed! Couple of issues were dealt with promptly though. Cold tap constantly dripping unable to fully turn off..Why was this not reported?? No communication from Housekeeping to Management whatsoever. 1st morning, post breakfast we were relaxing on the bed/ granted, no 'Do not disturb' sign displayed, but door opened with knocking.

The accommodation is clean and functionable, the food has improved since my last visit, the breakfast food quality was excellent.

Perfect in every way except I listened to someone walking around in a room above mine. Floorboards squeaking trough the night. Not a lot of point staying at a hotel if you can’t sleep. Disappointing because otherwise it a really good, including excellent staff.

This was our second break at kings arms and we had a lovely time again. Room lovely and clean as always. Well stocked. Breakfasts excellent as is the orangery room. Which the wallpaper is so nice to look at. Cool on a hot day with fans. We were lucky to have a good fan provided in room. Which was essential as weekend stayed warm weather. Bath products good to use too. I do like the espresso machine in room. Perfect for relaxing evening with tv and comfortable bed. We also had sunday roast which was very good also. Service very good. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
