I want to start this with Rema has great service and has helped with every part of the process. I however did need to cut my stay short with rema. The rooms were as pictured, the bed was hard, thin sheets that you can see the pattern of the mattress, only one pillow per guest. And limited shelving in the room. Our room had a toilet with a heated seat and bidet built in with a dryer. And the water for the shower was filtered. The issue we had was with the air conditioning which was loud, didn’t adequately cool the room. In addition it is just on the skirts of Chinatown which also came with multiple homeless people and walking through a construction zone. The desk was not manned 24/7 and anyone could easily access the lobby. A key card entry would have been nice if someone was not always going to be at the desk. I ultimately had to follow my gut and cancel the remainder of my stay and move elsewhere. Rema again had great costumer service and helped me through the process. As for a lot of reviews listed there was a large delivery of TVs when I arrived so that may be getting addressed.
I wanted to love this place so bad but it fell short but the staff did not.
