Very helpful staffs

Nightmare! There were so many tour busses that held a lot of people. Plus there were no regulations or system on catching an elevator with that much people. We arrived to check in at around 10pm after a long day in Seoul, to find the hotel lobby flooded with people. Hotel.com also charges extra for pool access (which I paid for) and was unable to use because swimming caps are required. (Which was NOT noted anywhere). Staff asked us to buy them at Emart and none were available, then asked us to go 2 mins away to buy them. The pool hours are too limited and the rooms are run down. Doesn't look like the photos.

Communication problem Property has two different companies operating. Had problem getting a breakfast cause operated by 2 companies

Shuttle bis was helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Do not wait until checkout to try and go to the lobby. Waited almost 30 minutes for an elevator that had room but it seemed like there were a lot of tour groups so it could have just been due to the groups and Buddha’s birthday. The view and local restaurants were worth every penny I would stay here again.

Had a wonderful time here. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Close by a lot of things in Seoul. Loved the 24 hr CU access. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Hotel is ok and does the job, might need some updates and a few things that were in the description were not available for our stay. Some people smoke in their rooms which is quite noticeable and the furniture, rooms might need a renovations soon. Overall good locations and easy access to Gimpo airport.
